Henrike Moll, Ph.D., AMFT

Henrike Moll, Ph.D., AMFT
Hi, I’m Henrike. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Ph.D. in developmental psychology. I work with adults navigating fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, the transition to parenthood, and the postpartum period. My own experiences with fertility challenges have shaped both my passion and commitment to this work.

These experiences can throw us into a sea of emotions - grief, despair, disorientation - and can quietly reshape our sense of identity and belonging. My aim as a therapist is to help you navigate these difficulties in a way that feels supportive and meaningful.

In my work, I draw on both my clinical training and my background in research and teaching. I use a psychodynamic approach to help my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their choices, and their responses to life’s challenges.

My therapy style is warm, curious, and engaged. I take your experience seriously and work collaboratively, allowing space for deeper insight, emotional integration, and lasting change. Over time, therapy can help you move through life with greater clarity, depth, and self-understanding. I believe that even small shifts in awareness can lead to meaningful transformation, and I am here as a fellow traveler every step along the way.

Rebecca Steen, MS, AMFT

My name is Rebecca Steen, and I am an AMFT/ APCC. I work with individuals and couples navigating the emotional complexities of infertility, fertility treatment, and family-building. These experiences can bring uncertainty, grief, and emotional exhaustion, especially when life unfolds differently than you imagined. When this happens, it can often impact how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our sense of meaning. I aim to offer a space where your experience is held with care, curiosity, and compassion.

My work is grounded in clinical training and informed by my own journey with infertility, which has shaped both my empathy and my commitment to this work. I understand how consuming fertility-related stress can be and how it can impact emotional well-being, relationships, and one’s sense of self. In therapy, I support clients in making sense of their experiences, tending to anxiety and grief, and reconnecting with steadiness and meaning during an often unpredictable process.

I take a collaborative, compassionate approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels supportive. Our work together may include exploring emotional patterns, strengthening coping skills, and creating space for both difficult feelings and moments of hope. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered as they navigate the many emotional layers of family-building — whatever that journey looks like for them.
