FAQ'S

Do you accept insurance or offer a sliding scale?

We do not accept insurance at this time. We’re happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Sliding scale spots are available on a limited basis—please reach out if you’d like more information about current openings and rates.

What are your fees for therapy?

Our standard fees for individual psychotherapy: $150, Associate therapist; $225, Licensed therapist.
Couples therapy: $175, Associate therapist; $250 Licensed therapist. We offer sliding scale rates for those with financial need.

How long are therapy sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Extended or 75–90 minute sessions can be arranged if needed, especially for EMDR or clients navigating more complex fertility or perinatal concerns.

Do you offer therapy for pregnancy loss or recurrent loss?

Yes. We provide specialized support for miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR, recurrent loss, and ambiguous or uncertain losses. Therapy offers space for grief, trauma processing, meaning-making, and regaining a sense of stability and hope.

Do you see clients in person?

Yes. We see clients in person at our office in downtown Calabasas, with free parking available.
We also offer virtual therapy and can see anyone residing in California, Florida, or Texas.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.

Do I need to be actively in IVF to start therapy?

No. You can begin fertility therapy at any stage—while exploring treatment options, navigating IVF, coping with miscarriage, or simply feeling overwhelmed.
Early support often makes later stages more manageable and less isolating.

Can therapy help with postpartum anxiety or intrusive thoughts?

Absolutely. We offer evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment for postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, PMADs, birth trauma, and identity changes in early parenthood. Many clients experience meaningful relief once they begin receiving specialized perinatal support.
